- The Open Climate Initiative - as proposed to the recent House of Commons Select Committee on Science and Technology inquiry into the 'Climategate' affair. The primary recommendations of full disclosure of data and source code on publication of papers in climate science were strongly endorsed by the committee in its report of March 2010. Now there's a need to hold those responsible to the mark - and make the movement international. The example set in an area of high public interest could further open knowledge in many others.
