  - The purpose of blog comments is to have meaningful dialog with the readers about the topic that was originally blogged about.
  - If your comment is very long, please blog about the topic yourself and leave a link to your blog post.
  - If you want to refer to or have an extended quote from a related article, please leave a link to that related article.
  - Comments will be rejected if they essentially do not "move the conversation forward".
  - Comments may be rejected as abusive ("spam") if
    - it is abusive in language, tone, topic, etc.
    - it has a link to an unrelated site (including the comment author's – feel free to leave your comment but not your link).
