Responsibilities

Creates and monitors channels by which volunteers can get involved with the OKF
Actively connects people with the people they need to progress with a project
Encourages use of mailing lists as a forum for discussion
Attend and promote Tuesday Hangout (focus on webministration atm but can change)

Organize Webministration
- Rota of people responsible for e.g. a week at a time for general webmin stuff e.g.
- Keeping an eye on sites
- Requests for email addresses
- Add users to wordpress sites
Ping okfn-volunteers list once a week with a task that we need help with e.g.
- Move trac.okfn.org/wiki/... -> wiki.okfn.org/Sysadmin/...
- Getting someone to take on one of the vacant Community Roles or making up new ones for missing areas
