open data manual : booksprint
Originally Rufus suggested this. Year ago wrote a guide on opening Aid data: http://www.unlockingaid.info/ Raw material like the unlocking aid, Finnish data manual... etc ISTAG
CKAN
federated search over the different CKAN implementations publicdata.eu - Cross EU catalogue search (at the moment http://search.ckan.net/ ) Specific CKAN 'user' meeting
INSPIRE and PSI connections
It looks like all the INSPIRE data will go trugh data.gov.uk (and therefore CKAN)
In Germany there is still a gap, trying to gap it
In the Neatherlands the INSPIRE is implemented trough National Geo Register (data portal related to Geo data), slightly worried that the top-down method of implementing might be hindering of Opening data URL: http://nationaalgeoregister.nl/ (currently describing over 1000 datasets, not all of them on-line) We plan to feed all data sets descriptions automatically into the Dutch CKAN instance (which will be the official Dutch naitonal data catalogue somewhere soon)
