Post event mailout
From Open Knowledge Foundation
Ideally, less than a week after a large event event, a 'post-event' mailout should go out.
This should include at least:
- Thanks to participants
- Links to speakers' presentations
- Links to media coverage
- Links to photos and film coverage of the event
- Information on how to get-involved next time
- Call for testimonials
